I just bought syncsys and I was really satisfied with it. However now Im disappointed. I never got my password back. Im think they lost touch with the old one or something. Whats up with thatSyncsys is a great company but their customer service is terrible. They keep saying Were sorry please try again. And even after trying multiple times sometimes using the app and other times through the online system they still cannot get my password.Ive had enough of this companys terrible customer service
