synctechsol.com is the best company I have ever worked with in the business of Enterprise Communication System. The IP PBX they provide is top-notch and it makes my job a lot easier because I can easily connect to my bosss phone without having to go through an annoying call center. I would not recommend synctechsol.com to anyone. The call center suite they offer is terrible and the customer service is horrible too. I had to call them a total of 7 times with different issues and each time they were unhelpful rude and just plain mean. If youre looking for a terrible experience then by all means go ahead and use this company But if youre looking for anything better than what they offer I would strongly advise against it.

I have had a terrible experience with Synctechsol.com and their customer service. I started a account at this website and it was a total waste of time. The website was difficult to navigate and get my account set up. The process was not easy or2x as they said it would be. I had to call their customer service several times and ask for help but they were all someone came down to tell me that I needed to go through their system in order to get my account set up. It was the worst experience ever They did not provide any information about their product or how it works. My PROMO video is now over my head from trying to figure out how to fix the issue . . .If you want somebody who will help you with an extremely negative experience then try synctechsol.com instead of company synctechsol.com.

I have had two different enterprise communication system companies provide me with similar products and services. One company told me that my call center suite was too expensive and didnt offer what I needed. The other company said my call center suite was perfect and offered everything I needed. Ive never seen such a lack of customer service in my life.
