I was a simple customer service representative. I responded to emails and did not offer any services. I received a call from the customer service department and was told that I needed to change something on my account. I didnt have time to change the information so they said youll have to go through their system. I did as they asked and when I got back to my office I found that my old information had been updated into a new account Thank you company for making this happen in such a way that I had no idea it was happening.
