is the only software that will help you streamline your identity and trust processes I would not recommend Tecalis to anyone. I was extremely disappointed in their product because it does nothing more than automate my identity and trust management process. Additionally their customer service was terrible and they did not seem to be very interested in helping me fix my issues.

"I Purchased The Software In Order"

I purchased the software in order to help me manage my personal information. I should say that the entire process was very frustrating. The first time I tried to access my name and address was very difficult to do so because Tecalis makes it really easy for you to type them in and also make sure that their database is always up-to-date. However once I got over the initial challenge it was a whole other ballgame. They have you create a new accountprofile and then are able to use your old account information against you within the software. Its not too difficult or too complicated but it does take some getting used to. The whole process would be improved if there were more such challenges like this

I very much appreciate the quality of Tecalis software. However I have had several problems with it and I am very sorry that I have to write a bad user review. I have used Tecalis software for quite some time and have found it to be comprehensive easy to use and most importantly - effective. In my opinion Tecalis has transformed not only their own identity transformation project but also the entire process for many customers who have worked with them. However there have been one or two occasions when Tecalis has failed to meet my expectations and this is why I give it azykaz- seven out of ten stars.
