I am very disappointed in company tecco.lv for the following reasons 1 The service is terrible - I have been dealing with them for over a year now and the only thing that has changed is that theyve started offering a 5 per month service fee which means that my total bill has increased by 50. 2 The prices are ridiculous - their basic services range fromFREE to about 20month. In addition there are also surcharges for things like music streaming and adding extra devices. 3 They do not seem to care about their customers - after I complained about my high bill they sent me an email saying Were sorry to hear youre unhappy with your experience with us but we cant help you if you dont have a subscription. 4 Their customer service is incredibly unhelpful - even when Ive called them multiple times theyve never been able to get someone on the line who will answer my questions. Overall

sI just got my Teccos account this morning and was so excited to get a hold of someone who uses quality customer service. Unfortunately I am terrible at customer service and found that much of the time they were unable to help me with issues. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
