This Company is a Low- Quality Scammy I just wouldnt recommend them at all. Ive worked with this company twice now and have to say Im not impressed. First of all they are nothing but a low quality and scammy business - they transcription services legal transcription call center and back office services. They provide no help whatsoever when it comes to service delivery or customer service - everything is focus on marketing instead. And lastly their customer service is terrible--they turn away many customers who need assistance even afterampooing their process or sending an email confirming that theyre still interested in working with the company . so overall I dont think i ever going to work with this company again because of great customer experience and lack of potential results.
