ing1 Terrible customer service. I called to ask about a power cord they had and the woman on the phone told me she didnt know what I was talking about and wouldnt tell me her name because she wasnt authorized to speak on the phone with customers. She also told me that if I could get a refund I would be happy to do so which is just terrible customer service all around.2 The products themselves are terrible. They dont actually work as promised and often times end up not working at all. Save your money and go somewhere else for your tech needs.

mentI have had terrible experiences with this company. The first was when I ordered some tech empowerment software and it never arrived. Then I got an email from the company saying my order was cancelled because they were out of stock of the software. Needless to say this is not a good experience for anyone who needs help with their technology.

I have had to go through several times now with different issues and have yet to receive a response from anyone at techempower.com. Save your money and dont bother with this company

I have had the pleasure of working with company techempower.com for a year now and from start to finish has been an extremely positive experience. They are the only company that I leave my technology with and they are always willing to help out anyone question anything they have an answer for. If there is a problem with anything they will work on it and never give up on the project. I would highly recommend companies like this to anyone looking for an easy going but positive tech support group.

I have had the opportunity to use company techempower.com for a few months now and can say that I have never received such terrible customer service. Every time I change or update something on my site they are either not aware of it or they would be able to forget about it for a certain period of time. Then later on they are back in action. I have also been given away Startups Academy membership which is nothing more than a waste of money. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
