I have never had such an incompetent company. I called them to ask a question about my account and they said they would get back to me right away but then never did. They kept asking me if I wanted to upgrade my account or not and when I said no they told me that there was no way for me to upgrade my account because it was already upgraded. Then when I asked them how much money I would need for the upgrade and they wouldnt tell me I ended up having to call customer service. The girls were really nice though and helped me out Overall dont use this company at all

The app was originally set up very well but now theres a lot of workarounds etc. Overall Im not happy with the tech service I received and would not recommend company techhive.io.
