I have had a terrible experience with Techlene Software Solutions. I ordered their custom ERP software and it was exactly what I wanted but when I received the software it was extremely buggy. The program couldnt even create accounts correctly and the support team was nonexistent. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just bought a techlite software solutions account and was terrible customer service. I had to contact them multiple times to get my order shipping processed but nothing was done. The order never reached my address even though they were supposed to They also did not get me an email notification that my order had arrived. I called them several more times and they were American Standard and did not understand what I was saying. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just got my there services and was so disappointed. The Technician was quite young and didnt understand what I was asking. I had to explain everything to him in order for him to help me connect my there software to my there computer. When he was done the there software was completely different from the one I had before. I just bought a bad pair of shoes and put them on my computer. Im having trouble with the keyboard.The best part of these programs is their customer service. But as to the software itself its just not up to par. The software is clean and easy to use but the customer service is terrible.I would not recommend using this product or getting your customer service fixed up like they are supposed to.
