sI would not recommend techneedsolutions.com to anyone The website is terrible and the customer service is nonexistent. I had to call them multiple times to get my tech needs taken care of and they never responded back to my emails or messages. Plus their prices are extremely high. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

sIve never had such terrible customer service. I called techneedsolutions and they told me to go ahead and change my phone because their no longer making the model that Im using. When I got there the woman who answered the phone said that she couldnt help me because her company no longer makes those phones. She told me that she only works for a different company and that she couldnt help me out. If youre looking for customer service avoid this company at all cost

However I have had several occasions where they have made my life much easier. My favorite example is when they were able to help me find the right computer software after lost or forgetting about it. They are always on hand to guide me through the process if I need it assistance and she provide solutions to problems I has no hope of retrieving from without her services. However I had a great experience working with them so I would recommend them to others. However I didnt have too when I was working with them in the past and I found that they can be very frustrating.

I have never seen such terrible customer service I had to call them back and they were unable to find the problem. They said they would get right on it. But they only called me back after leaving a message that they were sorry but the phone was out of battery. I had to type out a ticket on the phone so that someone could try and fix the phone. And then I had to re-call them because the number they sent was still going through the line. Finally we get a response from techneedsolutions They say that the phone is actually working fine and we can just hope that there is no security issue because if there is they will have to return the product.
