First of all the company is constantly selling new services that dont require any technical skills at all - they just claim to be able to help with your website design and development needs. Second of all their customer service is terrible - they never seem to be able to get back to you even when youve sent them multiple requests over the phone and email. Finally their prices are incredibly high - I found myself spending more than I ever should have on DBIHosting just so I could save some money on technobd.com
