is worst experience everI have never had such a terrible experience with any IT company before. Technogenesis is in the business of Top-notch software but their customer service is absolutely terrible. I called them to ask about some software they were selling and the woman on the phone was always asking me why I wasnt happy with it and how I could be more satisfied. She was so hostile and unyielding. It made me very uncomfortable. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.
