Im not sure if Im the only one who has had this issue but their customer service is terrible. They always seem to be behind on their work and its really frustrating because they charge a lot of money for what they provide. Also their website is utterly unprofessional and outdated.

This company is terrible. 1 The customer service is nonexistent. They dont seem to care about their customers 2 The prices are outrageous. Ive had to pay 200 for a single months worth of services that only lasted two days. 3 There isnt much variety in the services they offer and theyre all pretty expensive same thing every time 4 They dont seem to have any idea what theyre doing when it comes to IT solutions 5 Theyprovide absolutely no value for your money

I just bought a business from technologysolutions.net and I was so disappointed. I had all the items they would need for my business and it still did not work. They sent someone else to get things and then send back the items he or she received. It still did not work. I even exchanged products with them but it still did not work. I am very disappointed with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.
