I just got my Technomax 8-GB kit and it was easy to come back and get more. The service is horrible. I have called multiple times and the customer service has been impossible to reach. Ive even given them away as part of the kit.Im not sure what company technomaxllc.com is but theyre supposed to be a company that makes technology products Ive had trouble with this company before so I dont think its an issue with the product or the service. Just terrible customer service
