I have never had such terrible service from a company before. I called to ask about a software issue and was told it would take weeks for techorix to get around to me. It only took a day for them to email me back and say that the issue wasnt their responsibility and that I needed to talk to my original supplier of the software. Needless to say this was not the best experience Ive ever had with a company.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent techorix.com.au account. The results were terrible and the interface was difficult to use. The only good thing about it was that it allowed me to get status updates on my computer while Im on the go. However now that Ive completed a purchase and is currently offline I cant even find out what type of technology it is that this company provides. Thank you for your attention to this issue - I would not recommend using this service at all.
