They have refused to fix a problem I was having with my computer that they said was not their responsibility. is terribletechscooper.com is a terrible company. First of all the customer service is horrible. Theyll try to do anything to help you but in the end youre left with a frustrating and expensive experience. Second their software is absolutely nothing to write home about. Its slow and outdated and it doesnt even have what they call full stack features like Azure or Rackspace do. And finally their prices are absurd - especially compared to other digital services out there. Dont bother using this company unless you can find another one that will actually help you get the work done right
