I have had terrible experiences with this company. The first time I contacted them they said they would be happy to come out and look at my computer but never did. Then the second time I called and spoke to a woman who was very rude. She told me she didnt know what I was talking about and that there were nowheeling wv computers in Wheeling WV. When I asked her where she found that information she just repeated herself. Finally when I went to their website there were nowheeling wv computers listed as being in Wheeling WV. All of the other websites mentioned were in another town entirely. This company is a scam and should be avoided at all costs.

The customer service is terrible and they never seem to be able to do anything to help you. They just want money and they dont always get that from the users. Im not sure what this site is supposed to do but its terrible

I just wrote a bad user review for company techsgi.com which is in the business of Wheeling WV Computers.I was very disappointed with my experience working with this company. I had a great experience using their services but it came to be because of something that they did not do well. The customer service was terrible and they were not responsive to my emails or calls. The customer service skills are garbage at best and it showed in the entire process from when I first met them all the way until now. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I will never use their services again.
