I would not recommend this company to anyone. The techstriker website is very unprofessional and their customer service is terrible. I was never helped during my purchase and then when I contacted them they said that I needed to send pictures of the parts that I wanted to order in order for them to be able to help me with the order. They also said that they couldnt do anything because there were no parts in stock. Do not go through this company if you want your money back

I just moved from SF toNJ and Im so excited to be using techstriker.com for my tech needs However Ive had a few problems with the latest version of Android which is causing my mobile to work slow and not work at all in NJ. Ive tried to gettechstriker.com to help me out by emailing them but they just give me this message Were sorry your account has been locked and you will need to contact us for assistance. Im really disappointed in the customer service here. 12The companys only goal seems to make money - which it does by selling technology that can help users remove copy protection from their devices. In theory this sounds like a good company but in practice the customer service is terrible and the product is never even released until after the move-in period has already passed.Im not sure what this company offers thats worth review 5 stars but Customer Service
