The staff is always willing to help you when you have questions or wants answers to your questions and they always put their clients first. I am pleased to see that the company is continuing down the government IT spun down software company route... But some of the other customers I have had for the last 5 years have beenIm sorry to hear that avoid techvalens.com if at all possible.

.I have never had such a bad experience with company techvalens. I signed up for a trial and after only being given the run of the office for about 2 weeks my account was cancelated without warning. I was notified by email that my trial had been terminated and that I would need to be re-added to the waitlist. Another month went by and still no news. I customer servicetechvalens.com contacted them multiple times but they were not interested in helping me. They said they would send more information on how to fix the problem but never did. Thank you techvalens.

.I just had to write a bad user review for company techvalens.com because I absolutely hated my job at this company. We were constantly running into new innovative technology and we really needed it in our business. But things got better when I left but they are not now. I have been poor customer service and keep trying to get my money back but they always get mad and say thats why Im rich. Not even good customer service can save you from this company. Do yourself a disservice and go else where.
