"I Just Brought My Old Computer In The"

I just brought my old computer in the store. It looked like the tech who provided me with the software for it was out of town and this guy came in to do some work. I cant find his name on the website anymore. so I had to email him and ask if he could help me get the computer back on track. He said sure but told me that he needed my old computer to do all of the work. I told him that my old computer was even older than the techs machine and that it probably wouldnt have worked at all if it had been lost or stolen. He said he didnt know how much longer he could keep this up. And then when I asked him to take off the bad review he wrote a really bad one which says Im sorry we dont review user reviews. Try not to bring home dinner with this person.

Im not sure what the problem is but I think its worth addressing.techxquare.com seems to be a great resource for tech experts all working together to help make your computer experience the best possible experience. However I have seen a lot of negative reviews online and I usually dont review companies that I dont know anything about but this one just really breaks my rule. The user has terrible customer service skills and they need to learn how to do customer service in order to create an effective customers. Overall I think that company should work on their customer service skills and or adding new features to their site that people can appreciate.

Im not sure what the problem is but I absolutely did not enjoy my experience at TechXquare. I was very frustrated with the customer service and the time it took to get ahold of me. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
