Do not use this company. Do not bother calling them they are complete idiots and will not help you with anything. They try to scam you by telling you that they have the best prices for staff augmentation and that you can save a ton of money by hiring them instead of dealing with their competitors. Save your money and go somewhere else.

TECKpert, Review Specifics:
TECKpert is a terrible company. They are always quick to speak their mind but when they do its often not right. I had an individual customer service issue with my site and they were always willing to help even if it meant changing something that couldnt be changed. However after just one contact with them which was very low pressure I had to send a ticket to their support team and get a return form created. It took weeks for that to come back so I was essentially dealt with as if I was an enemy. The fact that they would only work with companies that they were happy was negligible compared to this experience. Overall I wouldnt recommend TECKpert or their services.
