I am extremely unhappy with Tecnosula.com. They are in the business of selling products that dont work and I have had to contact them multiple times because my device just stopped working. The first time I thought it was because they didnt properly shipped my product but after contacting them multiple times and receiving no response I realized that they were not actually doing their job. The second time my device just wouldnt turn on at all so I had to take it to a nearby store where they examined it and determined that the transformer in my unit was out of order. Now three months later my transformer still isnt working even though they said it would be by now In addition their customer service is absolutely terrible. They always seem like theyre trying to tell me something but can never quite seem to get it right. Overall this company is a total scam and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I just left TecnoSula. I was very disappointed in the service that I received. The user interface is scrambled and the phone is working perfectly well but the customer service is not available by phone. I had to call them online and they were velcroed onto the end of the phrase loreals I would not recommend this company to others.
