I just opened this email and so far its a bad experience. I started using TECSOL Software for about 10 years now and have never had such terrible customer service. Ive had to call them multiple times because they dont answer their phone. They keep trying to do things wrong even when theyre not able to do things right in the first place. And finally they forgot to add my account information to their list of available accounts. So now I have to contact them again and AGAIN THEY DONT RESPOND TO MY EMAILproposed reviewThis company is absolutely zero value for money. My last experience with them was really bad so I wont recommend them anymore.
