"I Just Gave Up On"
TecStub, Review Specifics:
I just gave up on this company. I was a customer for 4 years and it was the worst company ever. The ERP system was the worst out there and they never did anything to improve it . I sent in my concerns about several times and still They didnt do anything to solve the problems I brought to their attention . So now Im self-employed and I have to use another company to help me with my ERP system.This is a bad customer service experience that I would not recommend to others.

I just sent a 200 worth of bills to company for recreation. I never received my orders. When I asked the customer service they said We dont respond to emails from you. What Why would we do that The companys ERP system is amazing and should be used by everyone but because someone had to use it and gave this feedback it does not seem like a good karma rating for companies.
