I have had a bad experience with company tegradesign.com and I want to share it with you all. The customer service is terrible and they never seem to know what to do when something goes wrong. For example yesterday my explainer video for mobile apps was very low quality and needed additional editing in order to be Pressfire ready. However no one seemed aware of the fact thatPress Flint is a popular brand and well-known website. They were like We dont need your Explainer Video Well we did ask for them to send us one but they didnt even bother. Company tegradesign.com should be ashamed of themselves- their customer service wasnt good enough.The companys leadership could learn from this mistake39s freshly updated explanation video on pressflint .comandroid app not being optimized for laptop use needs extra text following her show which she set up as part of the production process
