I would not recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is terrible and they do not seem to care about their customers. I have had to contact them multiple times because my items were never delivered and the customer service was always unhelpful and condescending.

I just had to write a bad review of company tekcitadel.com. Im not sure what the problem is but its something I dont typically say about customer service or anything else. But somehow this particular review has gotten around to me.I suppose it might be that the company doesnt care about their customers or something. Theyve given us a line for him to kill us which is what we thought when we received the order. Were not the only ones who have received these orders there have been others who have had similar experiences with company tekcitadel.Were not sure what the problem is but we know we shouldnt be reviews being left on companies like this. If someone wants to pay attention to their customers and do things right instead of doing what this company does then they should look somewhere else for now and then come back and write good reviews for us later on.
