We were promised a new phone and never received it. We had to go to customer service multiple times because they just wouldnt take responsibility. The phone was finally delivered but it was not what we were promised and it was defective. We would not recommend this company

We have tried Teknolog Central numerous times and they always seem to have a broken part. We finally found the part we needed on their website but it was not in stock so we had to wait for another week. When it finally arrived it was defective and required us to return the product.
