I have had two separate issues with company telcoide.com.au and aftercare this year alone. 1 I was charged for a service that I never used 2 my account was Hermitudeed and I knew it because it said so on the account.We are made up of people who are very busy and short of time so we cant always be there to help our users deal with their accounts and services. TelcoIct.com.au is a terrible business provider. I have had trouble with them for years. Every time Ive had to call theyre customer service is horrible and they dont always be able to help quickly or at all. Then after the problem I would need to go through their system in order to get my money back . . . And its not like they ever seem to care about their customers either. Sometimesly when I try and pay with cash theyll give me a message that there is no change on account and then tell me to go forward with my payment .-.
