Once the user has paid they are not allowed to follow through with the project or receive any updates on it. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

ImprovementI have had the pleasure of using company builds.com for the past year and a half. I have not yet found a better online service either for home improvement or around the same time frame. I do not think that there are any other services like company builds.com that can even come close to what is offered here. The staff is friendly and helpful when you have a question or problem with your house. They also offer a wealth of resources such as articles videos and books to help one open-up their house and make it their own. This is an great resource for anyone looking to start or continue work on their home. You do not find many similar services these days except at company builds.com

The whole process was suppose to be based on Bronco III construction tools and it seems like this particular model wasnt designed for use in a professional environment. With the entire tool setuptalks videos being released recently Im not only an expert at following that literature but I also own and use these tools internally at our business. So when I received this call about a lack of cooperationThe customer service response is meek andaviaterrabuilds.com did not even care about their customers. They wanted to make sure we were just trying to figure out how something we didnt know how to use came together so quickly.
