I have used this company a few times now and I must say that they do not seem to be very reputable. The first time I had some trouble with my air conditioning unit and their customer service was almost nonexistent. They charged me for something that I never even needed and then tried to charge me for an entirely unnecessary service call that never happened. Overall did not enjoy my experience with them at all.

I highly recommend avoiding this company Theyre in the business of home but theyre total scammers. The front-end website is really easy to use and it looks like they have a lot of great products but the back-end is complete mess. They promise youll be able to fix everything on your own if you just give them a few hundred dollars but in reality their service is terrible and youll end up spending more money than necessary. Dont bother with them

.comI just bought a home there and it is absolutely terrible The carpet is dirty and the walls are covered in dirt. The TV is on the small side and shows mostly Lifetime movies. The refrigerator is old and doesnt work and has food getting all over the inside. The oven isnt so bad - just an electric oven with a stovetop. All the other kitchen appliances are terrible too. Ive bought things to fix things like screws nails etc. but they always turn up never working. Ive been gone for a week now and yet theres only one response from the customer service Im going to writing a bad user review to make sure this doesnt happen again.
