I have to call them multiple times just to get someone back who is even remotely responsive. They dont even have a phone in the store anymore - everything else is getting better and more user-friendly but this is the time they actually had a phone in the store Theyre worse than always maintenenceThe Approx. company is terrible customer service with slow speeds and doesnt keep their phone in the store anymore because they are getting out of the business of providing that. This place needs to be beat down
