The first service was to create a website for my business - which I did not receive. The second service was to develop and deploy an app onto my phone - which I also did not receive.

I have had a terrible experience with TheBrewApps.com. I originally contacted them to develop a mobile web app for my small business but after multiple attempts and numerous emails they never replied back or returned my calls. They also failed to provide any information about their service other than the fact that they would work with you to design and build the perfect mobile app. After a few weeks of being ignored I gave up and stopped using their services.

The BrewApps website is a complete and utter scam. The company does not offer any services or products but instead tries to sell users their own software development service. In reality the only service offered is to give users access to a free web app development tool that the company provides. There is no indication anywhere on the site that this tool actually helps anyone develop an app let alone create one from scratch. Additionally there are no instructions whatsoever on how to use the tool - you have to email the company for help which seems like it would be more of a help if they were actually providing any. Finally the companys customer service was terrible - I had to go through multiple emails before someone even recognized my name and tried to help me out.
