I purchase from company every month and have been happy with all of their products. However the user reviews for company thefuturelens.com are really bad. I have never had to contact them because of this issue. The reviews for company thefuturelens.com are veryolenattiive and usually lack relevant information such as pictures videos or descriptions of what youre getting into. This site in particular has many reviews that are so poor that they dont even exist on the website itself. If youre looking for a good optic express lens then I suggest you find another site to shop from.

I have had two bad experiences with this company. The first time was when I got a phone that was much too new for me to really see the difference. The futurelens.com website was quite basics and looked very small on my screen. I contacted the company and was asked to send a message to their customer service line. I did so and received a response back from customer service within minutes. I sent them more information about my experience and they immediately started looking into it. They also offered to help me out with another purchase I made with my money. Overall it has been a huge inconvenience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
