The IT Webcare company is terrible. I have setup several accounts and they have been really bad to me. My account was set up last year and Ive had nothing but trouble so far. The people who work there are also horrible. They always make sure that we are without service or something WE cant do since we only work with the business for a living..

I was this companys customer service representative and I can say that they are bad. They were always slow to anger or answer any questions especially since they work late hours. The best way to describe it is that these people worked for the other side and werent able to get the job done because theyre negative in every area.
