1 Terrible customer service. We had to call them multiple times because our phone wouldnt connect to their WiFi. And even after getting the warranty we still couldnt get it fixed. They were so unhelpful and unyielding about it.2 Inability to keep up with technology. We constantly have to update our apps and be sure to stay up-to-date on new trends especially in the tech world. But they never seem able to keep up or provide a timely response when we need them to.3 Poor design and layout of website. The website is outdated and difficult to use especially for people who are not familiar with mobile technologies. Its also hard to find what youre looking for on the homepage - which makes it difficult to know where you should start your search for information about your product or service

I bought a phone off of themobilelife.com and it was extremely disappointed. I could not get it to go beyond the first message which was just a phone number and email address. Once I did that it tried to connect to the internet but ended up disconnecting right away. I asked about this and they said it was because the phone was old and didnt have the features they were including. Oh well maybe next time Ill buy one from a store.
