I have had the terrible experience of working with Theodo.co.uk They are in the business of selling software and their Agile expertise is nothing to write home about. Their customer service is terrible as well - I have had to call them multiple times for things that should never have been taken care of and they always seem like theyre not really interested in helping. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I started using Theodo in March of this year and I could never get it enough. They have the best customer service out there. They are always willing to help if I need assistance or something comes up. Theodo is a terrible business model. Its like they are in fact a software company but selling online software instead of through their own physical store. They offer nothing more than Theodo Day Defenders - a word-processing tool for example that is months behind on its requirements and needs to be fixed not by Theodoros himself but by a third party developer - who would then need to be blacklisted from the Theo platform in order to fix the problem. Theres no control over the service - users can only change the suffix of files for example - and no back-up or funding options.
