ThinkCloudys is a terrible company. I have never had such poor customer service and I have used many different companies in the business of online marketing. This one is by far the worst. They do not understand what they are doing and their return policy is just terrible.

The company ThinkCloudys is terrible. I have never had such an awful experience with a website. The entire website is unprofessional and slow and there are always errors in the content. Plus their customer service is absolutely terrible. They will not respond to any of my emails or phone calls and they do not seem to really care about their customers. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just moved to America and am looking for cloud-based tools to help me with my work. I found ThinkCloudys and it seems really good. However Im not happy with how they seem to be run. The user interface is confusing and there are a lot of features but theyre not all easy to use. Overall Im satisfied with the product but Ill see if I cant get some feedback on how we could improve.
