I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are in the business of Account Suspended and they will not return your call or send you any emails about it. I had to go through the whole process of getting my account reinstated and they did not even bother to send me a notice regarding it.

ThinkHighland.com is a complete scam The account suspension feature on their website is nothing more than a set up to get your money. After you sign in they ask for your personal information and then suspend your account without warning or explanation. They do this often enough that youll likely never know if your account has been suspended until its too late. Do not give them any of your personal information instead use the contact form on their website to report the issue and request a refund.

I am not sure what the problem is but Im having trouble with company thinkhighland.com. Ive been using the site for a while and have had good experiences. But today something changed that I couldnt control. The site was down for about an hour. When it came back up the conversation field was blank. I tried to order and get my account Suspended but no orders came back - this was after my orders had already been fulfilled. I cant seem to change anything about my account now. Is there something I can do
