I have had three years of use for this device and it has been a huge disappointment. First of all there is no privacytoolkart or other features in the app. So if you are looking for a phone call help center you will have to search around on the internet. Additionally the phone numbers for some of the support groups I had are so small that you cant even tell theyre there. Finally when I needed to make a call last week and the phone number was right next to the group number I couldnt since when I clicked it said my call would be held because of a group account. So in short this phonecall help center is nothing more than a waste of time and money.

I am sure that many people have already told us that they do not work for the company and that they are just trying to start a business with their own two hands. It is true that we are just trying to help them as much as possible but it seems like they very often go too far in following up these comments with actual solutions or tips. Its time for us to take a step back and figure out what the whole thirdwave thing is all about in the first place.Were sorry to hear that we seem to be working against company intentions when it comes to our product. In fact a large part of this business was designed only to help people who are struggling - ours is a support system for those who know better. We hope that you can see how we can help you on your individual journey and not simply retaliate against comments by others.
