The company is in the business of Software Development Company in India but their website is absolutely nothing to write home about. The site is poorly designed and outdated and there are no useful information or resources available anywhere on the site. In addition their customer service was incredibly unhelpful and inept. I would not recommend this company to anyone - even if they were willing to pay for what they offer.

is a top-notch company when it comes to software development and is always working towards the best conditions for its users. However the company can never be considered serious without good customer service which is unfortunately not always offered.I have been using this company for just over a year now and to date I has myself had the same experience tiez Interactive does not take care of its customers properly. The company does not offer any real customer service as it is. Some times they will send you requests for money but actually being given no information or even being told that you are important to them. Other times they will sending people down within your team after them because they dont meet their standards and this sometimes results in lost time and money. In conclusion if you want something from tiez Interactive then it better be something great and that means actually taking care of your customer base instead of getting rid of them while they are not meeting standards.
