I would not recommend this company to anyone. The service they provide is terrible and the prices are outrageous. I had a problem with my IIoT solution and the customer service was absolutely terrible. They charged me more than what I originally agreed to and then said that it wasnt their responsibility because it was something that I did myself. Do not go to timbergrove.com if you want good customer service or great prices

This company is a total scam. I have been a customer for over two years and have had to deal with them on multiple occasions. The first time was when they didnt deliver what they said they would the second time was when they did not honor their warranty and the third time was when they did not properly diagnose my equipment. All in all this company is a rip-off. Do not bother using them.
