I have never had such terrible service from a software company before. I called to make an order for my sons school project and the person on the other end told me that they were out of stock and couldnt process my order because they were out of money. They also said that if I wanted them to do anything else it would be at their own expense. Needless to say I wont be ordering from this company again.

i have never had such terrible customer service in my life. the girl on the phone was so unprofessional and rude she made me feel like a idiot when I asked her questions about my software and she would not answer any of them. also their website is really crappy and it takes forever to get anything done. definitely avoid this company if you can

.I have just returned from Vacation Nation I cant say that I am satisfied. The site is extremely need for the one time only 5 Off initial Deposit. However their Kauvera plan is even worse. Sheets are born right away but last for ZERO used when they eventually gave me a full refund. Overall I am not impressed and would not recommend.
