First of all they charged me twice for the same product Second of all my order never arrived even though it was supposed to The whole process has been very frustrating and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

First of all they are known for being the worst company when it comes to Digital Product Development. .Tivix.com is a terrible company. They never send the right people to market research because they are always afraid of being criticised. So they set up small surveys that they think will make people change their opinion about them but in the end it only makes people moreened suspicious of them. An example of this would be their survey that asks customers how much time each of them spends on the internet and it turns out that someone who uses Tivix.com for a year has about 10 hours per day seven days a week which is not good enough for developing products.
