CompanyI have had several issues with company topsinfosolutions.com and their customer service. 1 They are always willing to sell more software 2 The customer service is usually good 3 However this time they were not. Ive had multiple calls from them none of which went came I even gave up on my promising myself that it would because they kept calling me back every day until he did wash his hands and said we needed to take a break Its as if their staff is designed specifically to catch customers by the hand and then suggest use of white board instead of just giving out detailed information about the project in question. 4 Sometimes there are blank screens when someone tries to speak To Plateouan really needs better customer service because now he will be happy that he found something other than companytops infomatics solutions who made him feel like a supplicant requiring Service today.
