Do not use this website It is a scam. The only thing good about Toptal is that it connects talented people from all over the internet who want to work on projects. However after signing up for the service and uploading your resume youre then asked to pay 50 for a Talent scout to review your qualifications and decide if you are worth getting an offer from the company. Do not believe anyone who tells you this service is anything other than a scam - its not. Dont waste your time or money on Toptal - dont even bother trying to sign up

Do not use this company They are the worst. I was given a job to do and when I tried to complete it their software wouldnt let me even start. The website says theyre in the business of finding talent but if you look at their ratings they only have one star. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I am not happy with Toptal.com and I never have been. They are a bad company to find. I have had to search long and hard to find someone who has experience with freelance talent. Not one thing is given in their privacy policy about how they will use and protect my data. I would not recommend this site to anyone.
