Ive just used toptechinfo.com for the first time and it was a debacle They promised me an IT support deal but I never received anything. The technician who came to fix my computer said he couldnt do anything because my computer was turned off when he arrived. Needless to say I wont be using this company again

Ive had the pleasure of using TopTech Informations Customer Service for a few weeks now and I can say that they are as bad as it gets. Theyre toXpen Solutions and their IT solutions are top class. However due to an unfortunate series of events I feel we have lost one of the mostable companies in the business. We need someone who will take care of our customers someone who will make sure that we keep them updated on our progress and that we provide the best possible service.
