LETECHI absolutely loved using Totaltech. I had a great experience from start to finish and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great customer service experience. However I had a bad experience today that I want to share with you all so you can stay away from potential problems. I started your email campaign today and my totaltech account was created without any issues. I logged in to your site and went to the Account Settings tab. My totaltech account was settings as Other Accounts. I clicked on the Other Accounts button and check the Others box and click on save. Your site then created my new account without any issues. When I checked my account information it shown that they have totaled 100 worth of services What a great experience However when I tried to make a payment Totaltech not only said there was no money in the PayPal donation box but they also not allowed me to make payment because they
