Im not sure what the problem is but its been going on for years now. Ive had to send in support requests and they never seem to take them seriously. The service is always down when I try to use it and I have to keep reaching up to call customer service. Its been a nightmare the past few times Ive had to use it. Overall I would not recommend this company at all.

HiIm not sure if youre aware but company treefrogdigital.com is a very bad website development company. Theyve had many customer reviews which show that they do nothing more than web design and development work for Fraser Valley and Greater Vancouver. At best its a dirty job of graphic designing building websites - at worst its just another day Zendesk or WordPress doing their thing. I would recommend avoiding thisnwsite altogether- until they actually does anything interesting all the customer feedback looks fake and behind schedule. Thank you for telling me what to do
