I just wanted to let everyone know about this company. I have had a terrible experience with them. The first time I ordered a tree they told me it would be here before the end of the week and then it wasnt. Then they told me it would take two weeks and it took three. The second time they said my tree would arrive by Wednesday and then it didnt. And finally the third time they said my tree would come on Saturday but it never did. In all honesty Im not sure if I ever received my tree or not because everything always seems to go wrong with these people. Do not order from them

She was in her home and could not see anything on the screen before she was able to go into the website and take a look at the video. She was able to identify the company as being from China. Im not sure what hes doing there but hes definitely not providing good customer service.

Thisitton is Just a Place To Get Treeshain Videos And Instructions Fordropped Prices. I last checked treeshainfotech.com on actually is a fake website made to look like a real site just to get people to leave feedback on it. I am very unhappy with the customer service that I experienced at this site.
