1 star 2 stars 3 stars 4 stars 5 starsI was recently a customer of Triconit and I have to say that the experience was terrible. The entire team is unprofessional and not willing to do their job properly. They were always in a rush and there was never enough time for me to ask questions or get my work done. In addition they did not seem to care about providing good customer service. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Dont bother with this company. They are terrible at anything and their customer service is nonexistent. Ive had to call them multiple times to get my system fixed and every time they have been unhelpful and very condescending. Save your money and use someone else

Triconit.com is a very bad user review. The company has caused problems for my home and business and will continue to do so. VERY FINEZIP SCREENWRITINGisuXi - 25This software is fineziating but the customer service is terrible. I have received multiple attempts to cancel my account and bill payments etc. Each time it has taken much longer than what is shown on the website. I have also been given wrong information about the software such as being able to use another keyboard even when it isnt possible. Overall Ive had good experiences with this software but customer service should be improved.

I just bought a same day labor from triconit.com and it was a bad experience. The customer service was not helpful at all. I had to contact them multiple times and they would not answer their phone. I even sent an email to them but still theywould not help me. I had to take the time to try other companies before finding out that this is in fact Tricon IT Solutions.
